Hmm just back from a run in 2/3 degrees. Its a completely different kind of workout, my body wasnt prepared for it. I ran 5kms but my body aches and it felt like I ran about 10kms.
I am sure there is some science behind this, but science was never my strong point.
I follow fellow Swansea Jack in Swedish exile’s advice and bought some gear from Craft. I needed a long sleeve shirt and yes I bought some male running tights! Felt strange running in them but if it keeps me warm then I guess its all good.
I cant say I am looking forward to my first sub zero run!!!
