Just when I thought it was safe…I didnt eat that badly over Christmas and in fact according to my trusty scales I put no weight on.
However the other day I saw it at the corner of my eye in a bakery window..my will power moved me away. Then, today my local konditori in Årsta is advertising Semlor! Wow that didnt take long and you can buy ‘em up until Christmas!
I love semlor but with my running regime its bit of a no no so I will allow myself one on Semla Day!
