Oil and Vinegar

One of the things I love about living abroad is discovering new shops. I love the fact that Sweden and in particular Södermalm has a lot of independent shops. The problem in the UK thesedays is that every town centre has the same shops, although no Woolworths anymore. Shame.

I was walking around Västermalmsgalerian in Kungsholmen with Miss P when she wanted to go into a shop called Oil and Vinegar.

Its not the type of shop I would notice let alone enter, but it was great. As the site says, they have 25 different kinds of olive oils, mustards, sauces, pesto etc.

25 different kinds of olive oil!

I like the fact they have plenty of samples for you to try.

I came away with a lovely wok cooking oil, it really added a lot of flavour to my stir fry yesterday. I also bought some ‘devils mustard’. A mustard with a real kick, I think its blended with cayenne. Nice.
