Wow 4 days juicing!
I am quite frankly amazed I have lasted this long.
I feel good! I feel full of energy, my skin is looking good and according to the scales I am 2 kgs (thats a third of a stone) lighter than when I started.
I dont seem to be so hungry today and the juices are much nicer today. I had blackberries, natural yoghurt, wheatgrass, spirulina and 400g grapes juiced for breakfast, I was full!
Of course tomorrow, Day 5 is the weekend and that could be a test. Some people say you should only do a detox if you have a week off but I have found working through it much better. When I am at home my mind tends to wander to the fridge and whats in it, wheras at work the only temptation is the fruit basket.
I have come too far in to give up the juicing diet now though so I am sure I will see the weekend through. Then I need to plan Tuesday onwards, I still want to juice but probably follow Jason Vales 14 day programme which is juice in the morning, home made soup for lunch and a balanced meal in the evening.
Lets see how it goes. I will put up the Day 4 juicing day recipes later on.
