Juicing Day 7

Today is the last day of my juice only diet. From tomorrow its no longer a diet but a way of life.

By tomorrow morning, my body will be cleaned with natural vitamins, minerals and ingredients and my weight will be lower than when I set off. Of course this weight loss is very welcome but I now need to think about how I keep it off.

This morning I knocked up Jason Vales Turbo Smoothie, very nice with all the essential fats needed. I actually made enough for two flasks so I will have it for lunch as well. I will post up my other juices tonight.

Yesterday I only needed 3 out of the five juices I could have. I just didnt feel hungry, hopefully my stomach has shrunk a little bit.

I could definitely replace a meal or two and feel satsified. Thats what I have really learned this week. I think also from now on my portion sizes will be smaller which can only help.

I did a BMI calculator yesterday and for me to be normal weight I still need another 10 kilos off. I think thats going to take some time but thats my challenge.

What a start to the new year though, I never thought I could go seven days without hot meals but here I am one week later and full of energy.

I think i might try something similar for a few days to detox more than anything else.

Btw, did you use frozen fruits at all? There are some good varieties (mango, papaya) so wondering if you did.

Yes I did, in fact I just had a protein powder smoothie using frozen blueberries and strawberry.

Very often the frozen fruits are better because they retain more of the nutrients. If you are putting them in a blender, put them in frozen and there is usually no need to use ice.
