Not because its Jan 3rd, not because the word REA (sales) is everywhere, not because its third round of the FA Cup day but because I have cooked up a turkey curry from my leftovers.
A fiery home made turkey curry! like to call it Dragons Breath Curry!
I cooked my turkey late this year as we had it on new years eve but turkey curry as much as I love always signals an end to the frivolities.
Personally I have some big challenges this year, opening a second office here in Stockholm and manging almost triple the amount of staff I had when I took over and I am quite looking forward to rolling my sleeves up and getting stuck into it.
Its nice to say I am looking forward to going back to the factory after Christmas, thats a first for me.
