Oh and it my lovely balcony again, this was pretty much cleared 7 days ago and now look.
Its been bucketing down with snow and as I write the temperature is around minus 10. I have my ‘long run’ due for today, supposed to be doing 10kms which is my biggest run of the year but will see how I go. I dont want to be 5kms away and frostbitten. Nah I am a wuss need to get out there and complete it…
